Whatever the company says 30% fortune clients, worlds best etc etc all 100% lies. They hire and ask employees to give good feedback & reviews by creating fake ids. Even they pay to the review websites to remove the bad reviews…instead of making it a good to place to work. Unhygenic Washroom. Max 3 can use at a time. Chair quality is poor, all have some defects like doesn’t rotate, doesn’t move, back rest sways, height adjusting doesn;t work comes down in few minutes. To take lunch be prepared to walk 15 minutes in rain or sun. No good food in company’s cafeteria. They have one small cafeteria with 20 chairs. And their strength is 500, hence between 1 to 2, you have to share your chair with others ;) If you go washroom or take water please swipe out from the office and come back with swipe in, this time will be deducted from your daily work time. Whatever duration of time you work, you are asked to fill the timesheet for 9 hours, for legal process. They can send you onsite every now and then, but its on your risk, they will not help you to any VISA related thing. Your visa might get cancelled because of their illegal work and breaking the VISA law/rules. Every month you need to provide weekend support but they wont support you. Forget about cab, you will not even find lunch, tea, AC, water, toilet paper, etc. You should buy your own stationary, they dont even provide newspaper to read forget about magazines are provided by other companies in their library. Once you reach office you are totally disconnected from the world. The internet has limited access. They don’t give you desk telephone, on top of this they have installed mobile blocker so that you can not make a call. You need to swipe out and go outside the office to make calls. And finally you decide to resign, wait your notice period will get entended multiple times and you need to server 15 days or 1 month extra as an average seen by me in my 10 months long tenure in this company.

At first I want to mention, don't go with the rating of this company. In 2013 December, company's glassdoor rating was 2.7. Many candidates asked this question that why the rating is so bad. The HR guys replied they are working on it and it really seems they've worked on it. You can clearly see it from the rating graph. Last 10-15 reviews, all are almost same language and high rating :) 1. If you can forget about your self respect, join this company. You'll be treated as animal here. 2. Employee benefit- Wait!! What is that?? 3. I attended a meeting with senior management once. The language they use in meeting, you'll think twice before using such language with your friends. 4. Work life balance - 9 hours productivity is mandatory. If you go to washroom, that also will be deducted from your total office hours. Officially they say u've to stay 10 hours in office but unofficially its 12-15 hours and its quite normal. 5. Canteen - Your home kitchen is bigger than this. You've to pay even for a cup of coffee. 6. If you put your resignation, then the real drama will start. If you are valuable resource, they will try to retain you by any means. Yes, how much bad you can imagine, they'll apply everything. Whatever you see in internet about this company's employee harassment, all are completely true. 7. If you are joining in Bangalore, get ready to be moved to Chennai. They can send you anytime to Chennai with one day's notice. 8. Normal working period of a skilled employee is 5 months to 1 year (worst case) in this company. You can verify this with the former employees. I'm requesting you guys, don't fall into the trap of lucrative salary. How much they'll pay you, 4 times of that they'll take from you. I spent most horrible time of my life during the work period of this company.
