      No positive for this nonsense company

      1. Worst company for testers 2. No scope of learning 3. Immature HR's 4. No employee benefits 5. No shift allowance - u have to work whenever they need u.. more than 10 hours a day even Saturday and sunday 6. If u have to claim for food for staying night - u have get signature from 4 people to get that 100 rupees 7. Work cafeteria 8. Project manager who that don't even have courage to speak to clients. 9. It took 2 days to complete my exit process. 10. U need to mail them to get ur final settlement payslip and documents.

      Don't know why they need an MBA for this job. It was just like any other BPO. Not even a chance to use skills other than basic communication.

      Ofcourse you will get lot of opportunities to learn. As they try to keep minimum employees with max work, You will get an exposure in everything

      Cons

      1. Management is worst. No worklife balance. 2. Least preference for employees.No professionalism (Even managers used shout in front of whole employees. You will get a doubt whether you are in fish market or a company). 3. Even though office timing is from 9-6.00, everyone used to come after 11am and leave by 11am. Not a good company especially for ladies. They expect even ladies to leave by 10. Ofcourse no cab will be provided. Your security is at your hands. Company don't have anything to do with it. 4.Even for tea also you have to pay from your pocket. 5. Majority of employees complete 1 yr and leave this company(many used to abscond also) because of worst management and torture 6. Login time is monitored closely. Swiping is there in canteen and even in restrooms. They will calculate effective time employees spent in front of system. If it is less than 8 hrs, you will be asked to give an explanation and meeting with manager.

      Thanks for sharing your feedback. We have able and talented managers who drive the organization and employees towards success. The timings mentioned by you does not reflect the actual timings followed in Photon. In the IT industry there are projects that might require stretching at the time of delivery but this is not the standard practice. We take special care to make sure that our female employees leave on time. Adequate arrangements are made for all employees' transport if they extend and work.
