Pros

I was worked around 8 months as senior software engineer. Most of them who along with me, where terminated in single day without placing into any projects.

Cons

No work life balance whatever project you are working. You shouldn't think of life. If you joined here. They will treat you as paid slaves. Simply terminating the candidates within two months, without placing into project. Be careful before joining too. Don't keep your PL leaves. Don't en-cash even at settlement time.

They are successfully managing reviews. All good reviews are posted by HR.

Cons

No job security. Hire & Fire policy. Rude managers. No work life balance. Most of the Saturdays & Sundays are working. 12-18 hours of work daily. Poor infrastructure. Very high work pressure . Very bad cafeteria.

Pros:- 1. Salary is the only good part. 2. On-site opportunity (but very random).

Cons

Cons:- 1. Working hours is 9 hours mandatory. Even if you are on bench. 2. Lack of projects 3. Management doesn't care of employees . 4. Bad cafeteria. 5. Bad work life balance. You may have to work late night just to coordinate with onsite team.
