      Pros

      Good scope of learning new technologies and climbing up the ladder if given a chance and not threatened at every step Good thing is that they are employing 1000's of employees

      Cons

      Horrible culture No respect for employees They threaten employees, use foul language Fake reviews posted online, management asks to post fake reviews They gain pleasure by taking someone s case, mocking them in front of everyone and destroying their self respect and identity Feel pity for those who are under management team's radar Maybe it gives employment to many people which is a good thing but from a personal standpoint, this company is a mess and a disgrace

      Scope to learn Your chance of learning some thing new in best case is max 8 hrs Some times you don't get chance to work on what you learn

      It's very bad work culture No cafeteria to relax Rest room time also tracked and management says it's not productive Company sucks your blood No good management Treats as a slave ( in simple terms slave is better than an employ of photon ) Every one get blasted in front of every one No moral values Every month 10 to 40 people will leave the organisation. It's a hell
