      No pros to mention unless you love to be treated like a slave.

      Cons

      This is a typical moneylender type of company which searches for needy people. Gives them a job and insults them like crazy. It is run like a small shop by the ceo and cto and attrition rate is more than 100%. People last 7-8 months on average. When i was in the company i was forced to give a 5 star rating by my manager. Look at most of the 5 star ratings. They are typically on the same day or 1-2 days apart when they force the fake rating drive.

      Horrible HR team, finance is just crazy Everything is just chaos Every question you have will be answered saying "its a policy cant help it" and these policy isnt written anywhere they just take everything they can, all HR promises are complete FAKE If you want to live a robotic life this company is amazing. Go work come back home is all you have no outing or any other benefit Worst part of career is at Photon
