Thank you for your feedback and review. Yes, as you stated we provide ample opportunities for freshers and laterals. But I would like to differ with your opinion about the quality of work that we do. We are the world’s largest and fastest growing provider of omnichannel and digital experiences working with over 37% of the Fortune 100 as their digital innovation partner. Speaking about the growth of managers there is completely a different equation of people moving up the career ladder with lesser experience. We are glad that you have had a great work and learning experience at Photon. However, Photon as a policy follows working hours as per the market standard. Work hours may vary based on project dependencies but this is not followed as a standard practice. On our facilities part, we have a qualified vendor providing breakfast, lunch and dinner in our cafeteria. We also have a quick response team in our facilities department to handle issues regarding the quality.
