      Pros

      u can learn yourself. Make you sit more than 10 hours if u have or don't have work.

      Cons

      Torture you, make you stressed, all managers use filthy languages, treat u as a slave, no employee friendly. Girls too they make them stay more than 10 hours , never care about their safety, do not know to respect human beings. All are like beasts. Never ever choose thid company and spoil your future guys.

      Initial salary offered by photon will be much higher than your existing CTC People good at politics will shine here If working only 15 hours / day is a pro (according to photon, it is) big brands clients

      Cons

      no work life balance if u join here, your job will become your life. no respect u will be treated like a machine had to pay my 2 month salary to company, for leave before 1 year as i coudnt handle the stress. (most humans cant) expected to work for 15 hours every day needed to work on week ends also HR are a waste managers are stupid
