      1. Nothing very specific like that !!!

      Cons

      1. Worst work-life balance 2. Worst Managers and top management 3. No Employee benefits 4. Employee has to work for 10 hours/ day (Minimum) and 23.60 hours (if he wants) 5. Learning will stall completely in 1 month 6. Not even a Coffee machine for employees

      - Learning is good, thats it

      Cons

      - Bad Project planning, in turn developers has to toil day and night - NO Appreciation, they say its your job - Work life balance out of control - Don't care for employees - Extract Work until your last minute - No Flexible hours (Min 9 Hours that to productive !!)
