      you get to learn the latest technology if you are in the right project, provided you are willing to let go of your personal life.

      Cons

      Abusive senior management No work life balance - management believes in extracting the maxim out of you for whatever they pay. Pathetic employee engagement No respect for people on management track Lack of a career path for people on both technology and management tracks

      - high visibility when in strategic project tasks - easy switch between technologies and process - extremely high rate of growth when found capable - very good learning environment for freshers and aspiring professionals

      Cons

      - burn down is way beyond limits - process and policies exists only on papers/intranet - not a comfortable place to work once the visibility is lost
