No work life balance, no vision, no idea on how to execute projects

Everything!!! 1.Long work hours and no weeekends 2.Pay is very less,they promise Variable pay like 5% 10 % but u hardly get anything in the end. 3.No employee benefits.Their office environment is a joke.They only have one old rusted water dispenser,no coffee machine or not even basic structure in pantry. 4.No cab facility. 5.Managers r useless.They just obey orders from the CEO 6.Forget respect,someone must teach the CEO manners. 7.Managers are easily triggered and they bad mouth anybody and any organisation that challenges their employees with a better offer. 8.You are expected to attend Team calls at odd hours and on weekends.No matter you are on vacation or an event,You will be required to work or will be threatened. 9.Hire and fire is their model.If the client does not wanr,they will fire anybody. 10.Job security is zero. 11.No personal space,No work life balance,No benefits and Zero Employee engagement. 12.Better to stay jobless than to join Photon. Found by Indians in Silicon valley later moved HQ to UK,yet they need to grow on how to treat employee with respect and dignity.
