Pros
I had good managers and teammates If you are lucky, will get a project on the latest technology.
Cons
Have a lot. If you are out of the project for even 1 day, no salary will be paid for that day. Disappointing company policies and less transparency when policies are changed and HR will say it is a management decision. For client projects, while recruiting, you will be told after the contract at the client ends, you will work in the photon. But the reality is you will be fired on the same day and the explanation is they say "its management decision" Don't have a coffee wending machine even. It's very disappointing if you come from a decent-sized MNC.
