Salary on time Company has Fortune 500 clients . It will look good on resume for next job hunt.

Cons

1) No concept like Work life balance . I worked in team where I have to work 3 full weekends in just 2 months even after slogging 10 hrs in weekday . 2) all projects are hectic and always require weekend support even after slogging in weekdays. 4 ) i got finally relieved when project got over. But in next project , same hectic hours was demanded by new manager and I had no chance but to resign and come out. There is no proper planning and work life balance for anyone.

Good place to learn and they can match other offers. You will be never be idle and have constant work

Cons

If you are used to a typical Consulting firm culture, don't join here. You won't survive more than 6 six months. Management has a lot of arrogance and bias. They treat people like a sack of potatoes without any humanitarian concern
