The management and work culture of this company is very bad. They treat employee as their slave.

It would be of great help if you could help us with specific grievances instead of generic comments @ team-hrbp@photoninfotech.net we would be able to address the issue in hand. Claims made are however far from from the existing scenario at Photon.

You will get better learning curve.

Cons

You will be treated as machine. There is no employee benefits here. You will be given lot of work with high level of pressure. They will tell about office hours is 8 hours. But reality is you need to work more than 11+ hours per day. You are not allowed to take more than one leave in month. If you took more than one day leave in a month, you should compensate on Saturday or Sunday. If dont compensate, they wont approve your leave and you will get LOP. You need to maintain 9 hrs average per week. If you dont finish your work on time, they will treat you worst. They wont consider about your personal , family and anything. You need to complete your task on time even if you are feeling sick. If you will be throw out of Photon at any time if they think you are not useful for them.

None except for career change.

Cons

Worst work culture. Endless politics. Anyone can get hired no interview at all. It was hellish. Non-performers getting recognized and performers being shunted out at least in my department.
