      They are better than unemployment

      Cons

      No PTO, no bonuses, no 401k contribution, pay at the bottom end of industry standards. Incompetent management and many throughout the company are completely unmotivated when it comes to learning their job. Oh and company policies include tracking all websites you go to and answering to multiple people who have no idea what you do, explainingv why you went to every single website on the company laptop, including their own client sites.
