No Pros at all, worst company to work, dont get trapped.

Cons

Worst pay, they will not even approve leave which you have earned, will make you work over the weekends or extra hours, instead of paying OT they will just give you comp off and you are at their mercy because they don't approve it, You will feel like you you made the worst decision of life joining these people. These upper management does not know how to talk with respect, they behave like barbarians.

Free water and air, nothing else.

Cons

No ethics, very toxic company. They will do paid reviews everywhere to mask their bad culture. The keep monitoring everything. what you do in system, the time you spend on each sites. There should be 8 productive hours all days. they won't calculate time of research on google or AI. it will end up you working atleast 15hrs to meet 8 productive hours.
