      Pros

      - You'll get great exposure and opportunity to work in almost ANY function within the IT industry - if you plan to set up your own business some day, this is the place to learn and experiment at someone else's cost :)

      Cons

      - 0 respect for individuals - CYA is the prime KRA across the org - Language used by managers is downright filthy - worse than rag pickers on the street - Support processes and teams suck - Unfair appraisals; be a "yes boss" guy to the 'Executive Management' and your job will be secure with a great pay

      Pros

      - high visibility when in strategic project tasks - easy switch between technologies and process - extremely high rate of growth when found capable - very good learning environment for freshers and aspiring professionals

      Cons

      - burn down is way beyond limits - process and policies exists only on papers/intranet - not a comfortable place to work once the visibility is lost
