      Pros

      Photon works with the latest technologies and its a great place to start your career. They conduct external as well as internal training session to the employees to improve their skills. They don't follow the Bench system like other organizations so they will keep the resource engaged in the internal projects. Photon is a good place where you will get exposed to latest trends and technologies.

      Cons

      Cab facility is not available for female employees

      Bossy culture Micromanagement No pay hike and variable pay in 2020 despite good revenue No pay if you are on bench Bad culture and no ethics from.senior management

      Hi Photonite, we are happy you have been part of Photon for 3+ years where you have been able to find growth in terms of learning, this wouldn't have been the case if the culture within Photon is like you claim it to be. Though few temporary policy changes have been made during this pandemic period to align to teleworking, this does not affect the long term benefits of the employees.
