Apart from growth, never ceasing to learn and exposure to latest technologies being the prime forte for employees at Photon. Constant updates in terms of policies benefiting the employees is an area that Photon has been best in class at . From skill enhancement to health insurance to name a few, Photon continues to focus its efforts towards its employees. Mandatory working on saturday is far from the 5 day working week practiced. The company is a good place to learn top notch technologies, even in COVID situation the company is focusing on sustainability and employee care. Good manager to work with.

Cons

Company is only for the performers and committed folks, it can be plus and can be minus for all who just want to while away their time (those are the bunch of folks who would have given less rating)
