Extremely unstable organisation with frequent layoffs and pressure resignations. Company removes access immediately after informing, giving employees no time to discuss or escalate. Almost no real projects; employees are hired without proper planning or utilisation. Management overpromises and underdelivers—expectations during hiring are never matched. Toxic fear-based culture where employees don’t feel safe or respected. No proper HR support; employees feel stranded when issues occur. High attrition and lack of trust across the organisation makes it a risky place to join
