      Bad management, doesn’t pay dues

      Nothing much except your labor will be paid as salary on time

      Cons

      The worst company I’ve ever worked with that doesn’t have have proper management, resource planning and culture. The decisions flow from the top and don’t have even iota of courtesy towards employees. They maintain a zero bench policy, and if you are moved out of project, you’ll be asked to go on leave and lapse your leaves. If there are no projects available, or made unavailable due to politics, preferential treatment, forget the job even if you are highly skilled and good at your craft. Also variable pay is a joke. Consider 10 times before joining this company
