      Neutral.Not so good and not so bad.

      Pros

      Learning curve is very good. The immediate circle of team is good. They help and guide in a very good way. Growth happens really quick here.

      Cons

      Human Relations is pretty bad. The policies are too much that it is not at all employee friendly. They don't amend the policies for whatever reason. No work from home policy which is too cruel during natural disaster days. Hope all this will become better in future.

      Thanks for your review. We are glad that you had good learning and support even during the minimum time spent with us. We have employee benefit policies that runs into a list. These policies are revisited on a periodic basis against market standards. It would have been great if you have raised any concerns during your service with us.       Very worst administration

      Pros

      -Good salary in industry but no job guarantee in Admin and Sys-Admin department.

      Cons

      -In terms of Admin department there are 25+ employees in Chennai, all are treated as servant to the CEO, CTO, CFO residences. -Your personal Life will be affected even in weekends/holidays. - Many of us lost the job without any intimation/notice period/compensation. - Processing payment to the vendor very worst. - Getting an approval from the management ridicules. - Office time 11am to 9pm.
