Not a great place to work in.

Pros

Every one here is workaholic. A little way too much. Photon keeps staying up to date with technology but they do not have the employees to back up the intense timelines they promise the client. That being said, you will definitely be given chances to prove yourself.

Cons

This could go on and on and on. For starters, you could see how they're trying to mask their bad reviews with fake positive reviews. This review too will be pushed on the next page very soon. Absolutely no one from photon will post a review glittering with rainbows and nice words.(in simpler words, no one in photon would give it a five star review. I can guarantee you that). Not a very great culture. There is an extremely low degree of mentoring at every level. "No spoonfeeding" is the nonsensical excuse they'd give you. A 1-2 bond for new joiners is another millstone around your neck. It's very easy to read between these lines. Attrition is sky high. I've seen people join the company and once they're in, they want no part of it and put down their papers the very next week. If you're reading this, join the company at your own peril. You will eventually regret it.

Our employees are given ample chances to learn and to improve their performance. We encourage them to share their thoughts when they feel that it's overloaded so it doesn't affect their performance and the project deliverables. We also have a buddy program to guide and mentor our new employees during their initial phase with the organization. The other points mentioned seems more like individual perception. We would anyways like to connect with you to understand more, please reach out to team-hrbp@photoninfotech.net
