Got into Photon through referral, work environment is good, learning and opportunities given are great, no issues; If you are strong technically, fairly easy to place yourself in Photon

Work timings are ok, gets late at times but manageable, Onsite and offshore are going well, Happy overall and at team level also things are good, Employee Connect is a good initiative

Cons

Cab facility not available when doing late night shifts

Rejoined Photon after break, happy overall, was in technical side earlier, moved to PM stream now. Women's empowerment programs are being implemented and i see improvement in HR initiatives in recent times
