      Pros

      Ofcourse you will get lot of opportunities to learn. As they try to keep minimum employees with max work, You will get an exposure in everything

      Cons

      1. Management is worst. No worklife balance. 2. Least preference for employees.No professionalism (Even managers used shout in front of whole employees. You will get a doubt whether you are in fish market or a company). 3. Even though office timing is from 9-6.00, everyone used to come after 11am and leave by 11am. Not a good company especially for ladies. They expect even ladies to leave by 10. Ofcourse no cab will be provided. Your security is at your hands. Company don't have anything to do with it. 4.Even for tea also you have to pay from your pocket. 5. Majority of employees complete 1 yr and leave this company(many used to abscond also) because of worst management and torture 6. Login time is monitored closely. Swiping is there in canteen and even in restrooms. They will calculate effective time employees spent in front of system. If it is less than 8 hrs, you will be asked to give an explanation and meeting with manager.

      Thanks for sharing your feedback. We have able and talented managers who drive the organization and employees towards success. The timings mentioned by you does not reflect the actual timings followed in Photon. In the IT industry there are projects that might require stretching at the time of delivery but this is not the standard practice. We take special care to make sure that our female employees leave on time. Adequate arrangements are made for all employees' transport if they extend and work.       Pros

      Photon Infotech is an incredible company to work for. I literally learned a lot of things from my time here and I am still looking for a lot of years here. The clients that we have are just a list of highly rated companies all around the world. I am learning a lot of good things that I am sure are useful for future use.

      Cons

      It will be amazing if there is a place where people who are looking for some rest can rest. I often see people taking a nap in the corridor. A whole room full of couches will be a great idea and I think people will take the office and the work seriously if they have a place where they can get away from it even for a minute.

      Good .. nice office, package, culture etc flat organisation.. at the centre of the city .. easy to commute etc

      Cons

      Nothing as cons to say about the company. Could reducre the time of night shift. Presales and consultant roles looks difficult
