      Small size IT industry.. it was lots of hectic work but there is growth expected same way. It is always good some stage it's ok

      Cons

      No management support during G difficult times and it is always required to work as bigger better teams than silos. Better to have win+win state always

      Pros

      There is nothing pro about the company. Every thing about the company sucks. If you happened to go to client place then you are saved.

      Cons

      1. All the top managers use abusive words 2. No powers to the immediate managers. 3. Only company which logs time at toilets as well. 4. No recreations.

      Pros

      I have learned a lot from the work here at Photon. I really like that they exposed me to be a part of their teams that handles a lot of good and quality clients. I had the opportunity to be a part of something that I never really believed that I could a part of. It was a very pleasant experience and I will treasure and use the things that I have learned from that experience.

      Cons

      The lack of coffee is apparent in the pantry but, what I noticed is that there are people just walking around the hallways during breaks and lunch time. There isn’t enough space in the pantry to accommodate a lot of people and it really is messing up with me for some reasons. I just can’t stand people walking around.
