      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and grow. Growth prospects are very high. Management is very helpful and appreciate for every good work & achievement. Diversified culture in terms of technology which helps in good exposure and learning.

      Quite Aggressive company. Less work life balance.

      They have no pros at all.

      Cons

      - Mukund and his brother Srinivas Balasubramanian (aka BS) use F words as part of their normal conversation. - They call you names in front of others and say that we are paying you, so you have to listen to us. - Other managers and HR are also the same - treat you like slave and don't bother to listen to you. - They make you work crazy hours starting at 8am going all the way till 10-11pm. - They ask you to do their personal households things as well. - Mukund and BS don't talk - they yell at you.
