      Pros

      I was exposed to so many things in my time at Photon. I was exposed to the latest mobile and computer technology in the market. I also experienced being a part of a team that handles big clients. There are seminars and training sessions almost every week so you are always up to date with the innovations.

      Cons

      The cafeteria is a bit small so often the room is crowded and noisy. We need some allotted rooms for recreational activities. Maybe some good board games to pass the time and unwind a little bit. The office also needs some coffee machines and they need that as soon as possible.

      Pros

      Fantastic experience! I have never been so fulfilled in my life. Thank you Photon for an experience of a lifetime. I hope I can stay longer in Photon because I learned a lot and I can say that I have found my true passion here. I love innovation and Photon Infotech is the right place to experience all of that and get paid in the process.

      Cons

      The office is a bit limited. I think they need to look for other places to bring the Photon experience in India. There are a lot of offices but there is a widely known shortage of recreational areas. Coffee machines are also nowhere to be found, the cafeteria is standard and there are a lot of rooms to improve.

      Pros

      Clearly I hit the jackpot with Photon Infotech. I am learning a lot from them and I believe I can perform well with the whole pressure and competitiveness in the office. The management is pretty amazing as well. They inform the employees about the newest tech in the market.

      Cons

      Some roles may bend since there are a lot of projects coming in that is why it is required from the people to step up once in a while. It may confuse some people but I think it is good orientation to a lot of technical and challenging stuff that Photon will throw your way.
