      ->This company is good to have a technical growth in your career. ->Almost all projects use the latest techniques in their respective field of development ->If you are have very sound knowledge and work hard you can get high hikes in salary by intimating or poking them.(NOT THROUGH REGULAR APPRAISAL) -> Has few on site opportunity if you work hard and for more that few year

      Cons

      ->Work life balance if very very bad..so if you are a family man/women..then this company is hell. ->No good hike in annual appraisal ->PL encashment and other things are just an illusion...no benefits...so you should use up all the leave before the year end or else its a waste.

      Pros

      I love it that they have a results-driven culture here. My colleagues are also one of the bests I have ever had. From my span of stay here, I have been able to learn some of the latest technologies available (android and iOS). Career growth is also an attractive pros for this company.

      Cons

      Lacking coffee machines is quite disappointing on my part (I’m a coffee lover).
