      Get to learn new technologies along with Data Warehousing.

      Cons

      Too stressful. Pays handsome salary and squeeze us to the core even on saturday's n sunday's sometyms even during national and religious holidays. Not so understanding management team. All they focus on is the target, even with hell a lot defects. Sales team estimate a 2 yr long project to be completed in just 6 months, leaving the team members hardly any time to relax.
