      1. Great place for freshers to start 2. Lots of modern technologies in use for mobile app development (iOS, Android everything) and also web development 3. Good hikes and opportunities if you are performance is good or you get noticed with your performance

      Cons

      1. Bad man management, Bad culture,No fixed processes for anything 2. No work-life balance, Mandatory to put in 10 hrs(atleast when i was there), don't know the current situation

      Can learn lot of technologies in the short span of time. Decent package for freshers.

      No coffee machine in office. Need to have big cafeteria.
