      Perfect place to make money - Business development

      Pros

      The only best thing I would say is that the company pays you high compared to peers, but only in the beginning. Appraisal is purely on the performance, No hide & seek games. No pressure at all like other jobs, completely negligible if your performance is average. Good incentives, avg performer can make 4-8k/month as incentive easily. Weekends off (Sat & Sun)

      Cons

      No holidays for Indian festivals. No cab facility No canteen ( However cafeteria is available, which is not that good) Shift - Night shift (Since US clients to focus) No shift allowance No flexible timing Growth is a question mark unless you exceptionally perform.

      Pros

      You get to learn a lot of stuff and manage time. That's it.

      Cons

      The HR team has people signing up to GlassDoor and provide high ratings to skew the overall ratings. Need Evidence? Just see the ratings trend and note that the ratings suddenly shoot up on May 2014. If only more tools were available, it would be clear that all the 5-stars would have been awarded at the same time frame. Trust me, you don't want to work here. One of most caustic work environments that you can see. I almost laughed out of loud while reading work/life balance and senior management.

      Pros

      Good work culture and good team atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and there are no dirty politics. Challenging work which test both creative and technical aspects of ones skillset. The pay is good and good growth prospects for high performers.

      Cons

      No coffee machines, average cafeteria and no recreational areas.
