      Pros

      Good work culture. One thing that is very good about Photon is it has a relatively flat org structure for sales. This aids the learning process immensely as you learn from various sales head and other senior executive level executives. They according to work experience and usually it is at the higher end of the spectrum. Good growth prospects for high performers

      Cons

      Sales is a night shift. No Coffee vending machines and a bad cafeteria. No esop option

      Pros

      Employees receive good training and great on-the-job learning opportunities,
* All employees are competitive, so you won't see any slackers here... but, everyone helps you out unconditionally.
* Friendly environment

      Cons

      Offices only in south India, so a good place to work for people from Chennai and Bangalore (in India). But people from North India normally leave after 12-24 months to move back to the north. This leads to attrition.

      Great Work Culture. HR function has really improved itself in last couple of years. We see various team building activities and employee friendly policies being introduced. Strong Leadership Team with great list of clients. High learning High growth work environment. Best company if you want to learn and grow

      Limited offices in India.
No coffee machines.
