      Pros

      Good place to work because of a healthy work culture. Good compensation compared to companies in the same bracket. Overall good exposure to mobile technologies like iOS, Windows phone and Android. Good growth prospects for high performers. Onsite opportunities and overall less politics compared to other mid level IT companies.

      Cons

      There Aggressive work culture which can look daunting but definitely rewarding. Overall not a company for just filling in the hours. There are no coffee machines and below average cafeteria.

      The pay is above industry average for starters. You get to work on cutting edge technologies and projects for fortune 500 clients. It’s a decade old stable organization with good work culture. Good onsite opportunities in the US. Good growth prospects for high performers.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be challenging but is definitely rewarding. No coffee vending machines and an average cafeteria. No recreational areas.

      A good place to start out, and there will be opportunities to start out here since they are always looking for some new blood to join their company. Good learning experience and amazing opportunity to be exposed with their top clients. The technology that they work on are in high demand in the market.

      Cons

      Needs more leisure and relaxation facilities to boost morale.
