1. Time you consumed in cafeteria, lunch ,rest room, your seat will be available to your managers. So it is very embarrassing. 2. Bad politics affecting company's growth.

Pros

Good opportunities to work on high profile accounts. I gave "Career Opportunities" 3 stars because I'm getting good experience to take to my next job.

Cons

Expected to be available 24/7. Usual work week is 60 hours. No compensation. Working on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines makes true agile development impossible. There are no real creative teams. No project management in US side. Constantly switching projects and putting out 'fires'.
