There are 100s i can count, but word limit will not allow on Glassdoor. This is a jumbo circus where people can be juggled in very dignified meaning of 'Resource'. You are not human for them just a machine which can earn money for them. Irrespective of your role, you will have to compromise for these so called web 2.0 leaders. (better check legal cases pending with existing clients) and attrition rate. HR is here just for on-boarding, they all are frustrated, powerless department. I guess they pay HRs for not changing their role and company after leaving Photon, so that people can not ask any HR why they left this company.
Another interesting thing contract, if you join photon, with salary you will get contracts. Wanna go onsite? Sign 24 months contract, wanna extend visa? sign 12 month contract. Photon has transferred you onsite? Sign 12 months bond. Wanna get out of company pay $18000 max cap or minimum $12000.
HR: Where is that department? One guy can be delivery head, center head, HR head, Personal assistant and manage fortune 500 client, contracts, legal. Sorry they are all rounders.
Wanna code something after joining? Search for open source software. They dont have money for paid software. Open office, free drawing tools, adobe tools 30 days registration are common.If you are GD like me, your machine will be formatted every 30 days after trial ends.
All travels are as per policy will be reimbursed by center head, cab booking approval by center head, your salary hike by center head rest all are just donkeys.
Language and culture: Are you south indian? are you from chennai or bangalore or andhra? If no, still you can join, dont expect english conversion in any meeting. YE RA. :-D

Only senior security supervisor can open in case you get stomach upset during interview. Suggestion: Get your own pads if you wanna clear interview or you must be have good control on yourself.
Appraisal & variable pay is just joke. Designation get created just before joining. Same job can be done by different people having different designation. You might be software developer, tech architect or a tech lead all will be termed as resources who can work without coffee tea or cool drinking water.
