The company is very good for learning as one will get plenty of challenges and opportunities to solve them. There is lot of pressure if you do not enjoy the job. Otherwise, it is very good and informative and growth oriented

Cons

It is very stressful and one has to compromise on the personal life to do justice to the job as it is very tough . The number of hours at work is above 10 on an average. Though one will get plenty of challenges and opportunities, one should also work overtime to resolve these.
