      Good place to work. Much better compensation compared to other industry players. Fast Track growth at Higher levels. Has the potential to be a top class org

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in operations. Treatment of employees could be better. More role clarity is required for the employees to understand their roles and responsibilities and perform much better.
