Pros

You get to work on challenging projects. Your work is possibly used for many large company apps. The people are great.

Cons

Management was very poor. No real direction. I.T. is very outdated. Developers don't get much praise after projects are completed.

Pros

- Looks really good on your resume if you work on high-profile apps. - You will probably get to work on your own project.

Cons

- No career opportunities. - Really poor management. Projects and people alike are mismanaged on a frequent basis. - Upper management lies and they don't care for your well-being. No work-life balance. - Ridiculous project schedules. They just can't say no to customers so you will get the tail end of things.

Absolutely thrilled to be working with the industry's best and brightest each and every day. Customers are amazing and the work is very challenging.

Cons

Being the best does not make for an "easy" 9-5 job, so expect long hours and tight deadlines. Customers can be demanding but mgmt does a good job of backing us up.
