Most interesting work in mobile!

Pros

The client list is the envy of any company working in the mobile software sector - the work is incredibly satisfying - the pace is fast - the challenge is real.

Cons

The work is very fast paced - dev schedules are a bit tight b/c most of our customers are in the sports and media fields, the schedules are set in stone. If you are not wired the right way, you could be burnt out quickly.

Pros

Extremely open and honest managers, execs and coworkers. Exciting and cutting edge consumer technology projects. Very focused on winning. If you are good - you will get LOTS of responsibility very quickly.

Cons

Expectations are high (so this is not a place you can just clock in) - from the most junior programmer to the most senior executives, the bar for performance is set very high (so not a con for me, but I can see how someone wanting to just skate by is not going to last very long here).
