      Management sucks. Patients allowed to show up whenever. No growth. No incentives for employees. Run from this place.

      - You don't bring home your job - Professional yet friendly environment - Easy to communicate with on-site management - PTO and sick time granted almost always

      Cons

      - Management doesn't discipline problem employees appropriately, instead, they punish everyone - Company lacks concern for employees - Lack of communication with other departments, especially in different states - Pay increases are minuscule if you get them - The company focuses more on raking in money than on patient well-being - Equal pay but those who work harder than those who don't aren't rewarded in any way which lowers their morale and pushes good employees to leave
