      No big brother monitoring, helping hurt ppl

      Cons

      Should be big brother monitoring because they don't require any license or experience with patient care. PTO was literally nothing, no 401k and no bonus. Long hours, mostly sitting, no room for growth, no opportunity for anything literally just a job.

      Job stability. As long as there are car accidents, you’re guaranteed your position

      Cons

      Management was never around. You may see them once a month. Most communication was through email. Team leader was older and didn’t have much knowledge about the job or COMPUTERS. If there was an issue you had to pretty much figure it out on your own.
