      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Physicians North This place has a lot of learning opportunities. It’s a fast paced hospital. The staff is so nice and helpful. New Grad RN’s are welcome and they have great benefits.

      Cons

      It’s a small unit, so you get low census often.
