Office drama. Micromanagement. You're never informed. Calls don't stop. Rude and upset patients. You get in trouble for not knowing what was never shown to you.

Poor management, constant mis or no communication. unreliable support staff, when you do have staff they are often untrained in your specialty. Constant push to see more patients, make more money, but if you make too much your rvu ceiling will likely increase too. High turnover rate for providers
