There was a pecking order with the seasonal staff, and no chances for educational opportunities other that the required BLS and ACLS.

Location was close to house. Better when started working their.

Cons

Nursing staff left because of poor pay and that they were paying Traveling nurses double. Traveling Nurses were left which meant more responsibility and work for me with no increase in pay. only when got another job offer with better pay did they offer more by then it was too late
