Physicians Rehab Solution reviews

This company oversees the Rehab department for orthopedic doctor offices. They seem to be down to earth and caring and understanding and helpful. Do not be fooled. They come with a crew for all departments to set you up and say we are always here for you if you need anything. Once they are gone they do weekly "check-ins", however, they are not there and do not see or understand what is really going on in the work place even when you try to tell them. Decisions and changes are made from higher ups that are not functional to the patients or employees that are there in the office. There is to many people making changes without truly listening to the information being given.

A lot of work and responsibility and it does not match what you're being paid.
