      Pros

      A static work location. There is access to public transport. The location is close to a shopping mall. There is a theatre and art gallery within walking distance.

      Cons

      Negative behaviour of varying duration, frequency and intensity can go undetected for extent ed periods of time. It can be difficult to express concerns given a potentially adversarial organisational response and the possibility of negative consequences.
