- The company has your back. Trust is a big deal. - It's growing, so your job make take you in new directions -- no stagnation. - Talented devs, testers, designers and writers. - Nice to work for a brand that has such positive mojo with users. - Great gender and age diversity. - Good benefits for full-time staff. - Great location, in downtown Seattle.

Cons

- Fair to middling cultural diversity, like most tech jobs in Seattle. - Having a handful of remote workers requires good skills communicating via Slack and Hangouts. If you're not very verbal, you're gonna have trouble. - Zero accommodation for my request for an armed guard to stop me from eating the 24/7 treats in the kitchen.

It's a startup with fantastic work-life balance. You get interesting projects, and management is very accessible.

Cons

It's a startup. A lot of the things seen as negative for some are positives for others. Meaning there's a lot of ambiguity, a lot of flexibility and there's a lot of learning going on.
