Employees get a discount on prices. Very flexible and works with you to allow time off. Friendly working environment. Lots of opportunities to be promoted and move up within the company.

Cons

Repetitive and often employees are overworked and not enough people on hand to perform the necessary tasks smoothly. Not much employee interaction.

Fun people to work with, never had issues with white collar employees or student workers. Okay schhol job if you need money.

Cons

Management is not qualified to run any job, human resources had no clue how to do their jobs. Just bad.
