Pros

Fast-paced work enviroment with a lot of variety in day to day tasks. Able to be crosstrained in various departments allowing maximal usefulness and availability.

Cons

Occasionally there was too much pressure from corporate roundy's to do things that did not make sense. Can be quite busy and lead to high expectations that cannot be met.

You can pick up hours pretty easy, getting paid every week is pretty nice. You might get the opportunity to work in different departments.

Cons

Management dpest care much about employees. You could be workin 30 hours one week and 19 the next. It's a pro and con to be moved to multiple departments.
