You can pick up hours pretty easy, getting paid every week is pretty nice. You might get the opportunity to work in different departments.

Cons

Management dpest care much about employees. You could be workin 30 hours one week and 19 the next. It's a pro and con to be moved to multiple departments.

It's a good first job, but I wouldn't try to make a career out of it.

Corporate doesn't care about the employee's or their customers. If they did they'd have the store properly staffed.

Not many pros to working here. If you like working nights (2-10) it's good but you will not get morning shifts.

Cons

Hurts your back, wrists, and legs. I have I worked in the same position for 4 years and am now going out on leave due to injured/overworked wrists.
